What prizes are available?

How do I enter?

  1. Upload your demonstration video using DeoxIT® on YouTube.
    1. – Must show the DeoxIT® product in the video.
    2. – Include the product name in the video title
      (example: “Cleaning vintage potentiometer with DeoxIT®”)

What is the timeline for submission, voting and selection of winners?

  • Video submission period: May 1, 2018 – July 31, 2018, 11:59 pm PST
  • Public video voting period: August 1, 2018 – October 1, 2017, 11:59 pm PST
  • The winners will be announced on October 8, 2018.

Can I hide my film from public view?

No.

Can I barter, buy or use websites like getonlinevotes.com to acquire votes?

Absolutely not. Using vote collecting websites like (but not limited to) getonlinevotes.com, votesforcontest.com, vapulsemedia.net, etc. is not allowed.

Can I submit more than one film or file to a contest?

Yes!

Can I use any music in my video?

No. You must have obtained and be able to prove that you have all the necessary rights to the music in your film. Creative commons licenses will not be accepted and do not prove that you have the rights to the music on your film.

Is there a video contest entry fee?

Nope! None, zero, zip, zilch.
