I am restoring a 1960’s amplifier and want to use the DeoxIT D-Series. Should I apply before or after the rebuild?

Also, which DeoxIT product do you recommend for new builds on tube sockets, etc.?

Since you are re-building, I would treat all the connections as you re-build and put back together.
